Intro
When I joined Ballpark as Lead Brand and Web Designer, the product was strong but the website wasn’t. It felt outdated, didn’t explain the product clearly, and generated only a few inbound emails per year. I was brought in to rebuild the brand and web experience so it actually matched the quality of the product and supported an AI-first, enterprise story.
Before
Outdated marketing site that felt untrustworthy and “small”.
Weak storytelling – visitors couldn’t quickly understand what Ballpark does or who it’s for.
Almost no social proof and very few inbound leads.
No structure for landing pages, so shipping new campaigns was slow.
After
A modern, cohesive brand and website that feels aligned with the product UI.
Clear messaging for different teams and roles (Brand, Insights, Marketing; PMs, researchers, design leaders).
Strong social proof with a logo wall and case studies, helping larger brands feel confident.
Feature pages with interactive Framer demos (like Card Sorting, Data Tables, AI Insights Report and Live Interviews) that show how the product really works.
A flexible, component-based Framer setup so new pages and experiments can be launched quickly.
My role & approach
Led brand direction across web, marketing, and product.
Redesigned and built the core site in Framer, including navigation, feature pages, pricing and contact flows.
Created reusable layouts, CMS collections and custom interactions for AI-related tools and calculators.
Worked closely with the founders and team to shape an AI-first, enterprise-ready narrative.
Impact
The new brand and website turned Ballpark from “hard to trust” into a product serious teams are excited to buy. Inbound interest grew from a handful of emails per year to a steady stream of demo requests and signups, and the refreshed positioning helped attract larger customers such as Shopify, Monzo, Webflow, Sky and others.
